Job Summary

Manage end-to-end human resource functions including talent acquisition, payroll administration, compliance with statutory requirements, and employee engagement to support business growth and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the management of job postings, screen candidates, conduct interviews, and onboard new hires to ensure timely recruitment aligned with organizational needs
  • Administer statutory survey submissions and process all legislated paid leave claims (maternity, paternity, child care, NS claims, FWL waiver claims) to maintain compliance with legal requirements
  • Prepare and issue HR documents such as employment contracts, confirmation letters, and staff employment verification letters to support employee lifecycle management
  • Execute salary processing, benefits administration, and leave management with accuracy and timeliness to ensure payroll compliance and employee satisfaction
  • Manage Work Pass applications, renewals, and cancellations to facilitate workforce mobility and regulatory adherence
  • Process insurance claims related to WICA and medical coverage to support employee welfare
  • Support the HR Manager during the performance appraisal period by coordinating appraisal activities and documentation to enable effective talent evaluation
  • Coordinate staff benefits administration and welfare activities, and provide logistical support for company events to enhance employee engagement
  • Oversee office administrative duties including facilities maintenance, procurement of pantry supplies, and vendor liaison (cleaning services, building management) to ensure smooth office operations
  • Arrange business-related travel including hotel and air ticket bookings and visa applications to support operational requirements
  • Organize Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives such as volunteer programs and sustainability efforts to promote community engagement
  • Verify and process invoices from external parties to maintain financial accuracy and vendor relationships
  • Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned to support HR and administrative functions
