Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & On/Offboarding

  • Manage recruitment and selection, as well as onboarding of new staff and foreign workers.
  • Ensure proper documentation, work pass applications, and orientation processes.
  • Oversee offboarding processes including final settlements and exit documentation.

Workforce Coordination

  • Manage daily staff/worker movement, deployment,re-assignment, and support operational manpower needs across projects.
  • Review, renew, and coordinate workers CoreTrade, CSOC, RES/REO certifications to ensure compliance.

Payroll & Attendance Support

  • Assist with payroll processing, attendance tracking, leave management, overtime, and offboarding.

Benefits, Training & Performance

  • Administer medical benefits (PCP) and support staff/worker queries.
  • Track training programs, certifications, and support performance appraisal exercises.
  • Manage insurance renewals and submit WICA or medical claims where necessary.

Compliance & Reporting

  • Maintain HR records and databases.
  • Support statutory reporting, work pass renewals, and official HR documentation.
  • Support dormitory rental agreement/season parking administration and housing coordination.

Employee Engagement

  • Support company events and staff/worker recognition programs to foster a positive work environment.

Other Duties

  • Perform any other HR-related duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor.

Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management or related field.
  • 2-3 years of HR experience (constructionindustry preferred).
  • Knowledge of MOM regulations and work pass processes.
  • Strong coordination, communication, and organisational skills.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
