Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & On/Offboarding
- Manage recruitment and selection, as well as onboarding of new staff and foreign workers.
- Ensure proper documentation, work pass applications, and orientation processes.
- Oversee offboarding processes including final settlements and exit documentation.
Workforce Coordination
- Manage daily staff/worker movement, deployment,re-assignment, and support operational manpower needs across projects.
- Review, renew, and coordinate workers CoreTrade, CSOC, RES/REO certifications to ensure compliance.
Payroll & Attendance Support
- Assist with payroll processing, attendance tracking, leave management, overtime, and offboarding.
Benefits, Training & Performance
- Administer medical benefits (PCP) and support staff/worker queries.
- Track training programs, certifications, and support performance appraisal exercises.
- Manage insurance renewals and submit WICA or medical claims where necessary.
Compliance & Reporting
- Maintain HR records and databases.
- Support statutory reporting, work pass renewals, and official HR documentation.
- Support dormitory rental agreement/season parking administration and housing coordination.
Employee Engagement
- Support company events and staff/worker recognition programs to foster a positive work environment.
Other Duties
- Perform any other HR-related duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management or related field.
- 2-3 years of HR experience (constructionindustry preferred).
- Knowledge of MOM regulations and work pass processes.
- Strong coordination, communication, and organisational skills.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
