Perform assistance for full recruitment cycle from advertising, screening, interviewing, and recommendations for successful placements
Manage work pass applications (application, renewal, appeals) and ensure that all Company and employee information is accurately updated in a timely manner with MOM
Provide administrative support in the deployment and execution of core and annual HR processes including employee on-boarding and off-boarding
Maintain and update employee records, information, and personal files in the HRIS in accordance with Company policies, audit guidelines, Singapore laws and regulations
Assist with HR related functions, tasks, initiatives, and programs
Assist with ad hoc tasks / projects that may arise from time to time
Requirements
Diploma / Degree holder with at least 3 years of relevant HR experience
Good written and communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Meticulous with a high degree of integrity and demonstrated ability to work in a team
Polite and resourceful with good interpersonal skills
An ability to multi-task and work quickly and efficiently
