Job Description & Requirements
- Schedule appropriate levels of production staff to effectively meet our Brand Promise
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and relevant provincial/federal legislation
- Establish, continually test, update, and meet the established product yield specification on all finished products
- Ensure the production plan is accurate and well-developed on a daily and weekly basis, and then executed with precision and enthusiasm
- Maintain food quality and food safety requirements and meet or exceed the requirements for a safe workplace
- Demonstrated track record of delivering solid operating results in a way that encourages teamwork and employee engagement
- Inform the Food & Beverage Department on a daily basis of all relevant information on operational matters
- Oversee the preparation, presentation and service of Food and Beverage products to ensure highest quality at all times.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Ability to work longer hours with prolonged period of standing.
- Ability to work on weekend and public holiday
