Job Summary
The Business Operation Manager manages company-wide business operations, ensuring smooth hiring, budgeting, project guidance, and process improvements to drive timely delivery and revenue growth.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with internal teams and clients to ensure electrical products are delivered on time according to client requirements and report and resolve issues with the Director
- Assess current business operations to identify gaps and opportunities, propose new business ideas to improve revenue margins, support deal structuring and pricing through business-value analysis, and negotiate proposal prices
- Coordinate with assigned teams and partners to manage electrical and safety matters within timelines, delivering quality client service
- Liaise with the Director to review production workflows and recommend improvements to foster a positive and dynamic work environment
- Develop leadership and people management skills by guiding work teams on projects
- Identify and address potential problems and opportunities by collaborating with internal teams and partners
- Develop plans to implement technologies such as CRM and accounting software to organize and enhance productivity
- Learn to write operational management reports to improve forecasting, budgeting, and provide timely operation and sales updates to management
- Clearly and professionally explain company services to prospects and maintain a professional attitude when engaging with customers
- Conduct competitor research on electrical and UPS system products to maintain market competitiveness
- Communicate key points effectively and negotiate with clients while building rapport
