Job Summary

Join our team as an HR Executive, playing a key role in enhancing employee experience and ensuring smooth office operations in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment and onboarding processes to attract and integrate high-quality talent efficiently
  • Administer payroll and claims processing accurately to maintain timely and compliant HR operations
  • Provide responsive employee support by addressing HR inquiries and resolving workplace issues promptly
  • Maintain comprehensive HR records and ensure adherence to local employment laws and regulations
  • Coordinate and support company events and initiatives to foster a positive and engaging workplace culture

Preferred Competencies And Qualifications

  • Knowledge of payroll systems and local employment practices
  • Strong organisational skills demonstrated by managing multiple HR tasks effectively
