Job Description: HR Executive
Position Summary
The HR Executive supports day‑to‑day human resource operations, including recruitment, employee administration, payroll coordination, and compliance with company policies and statutory requirements. The role ensures smooth HR processes and effective employee support.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end‑to‑end recruitment, including job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding
- Prepare employment contracts, HR letters, and related documentation
- Maintain accurate employee records, personal files, and HR databases
- Administer attendance, leave, payroll support, and employee claims
- Handle employee benefits, insurance, and welfare matters
- Ensure compliance with MOM regulations and company HR policies
- Coordinate staff training, orientation, and development programs
- Address employee queries and provide HR support
- Assist in disciplinary actions and performance management processes
- Support HR audits, reports, and management submissions
Requirements & Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Relevant experience in HR administration or generalist roles
- Knowledge of Singapore employment laws and MOM requirements
- Strong organizational and documentation skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR systems
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally
Preferred Skills
- Experience with payroll and attendance systems
- Familiarity with foreign worker administration (WP, SP, EP)
- Ability to multitask and work independently
