Our esteemed client, an established MNC, is searching for a HR Executive:
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including interviews and onboarding for both local and foreign hires.
- Administer work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations (e.g., S Pass, Work Permit, Employment Pass).
- Process monthly payroll using HRMS, including CPF/SDL filings, IR8A and IR21 submissions, and handle statutory claims such as NSmen make-up pay, maternity/paternity benefits, and other reimbursements.
- Monitor and manage quotas, pass expiry dates, insurance, housing compliance, and levy payments.
- Coordinate performance management cycles, including appraisals, goal-setting, and improvement plans.
- Conduct Training Needs Analysis and administer SkillsFuture/SDF claims.
- Draft, update, and maintain HR policies, SOPs, and employee handbooks.
- Handle employee relations, including grievances, disciplinary matters, and exit interviews.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records, reports, and digital documentation.
- Liaise with relevant government agencies (MOM, CPF Board, IRAS) and external vendors supporting HR operations and compliance.
Job Requirements:
- At least 2 years of relevant HR experience, preferably with exposure to SME environments.
- Strong knowledge of MOM employment legislation, foreign worker regulations, and manpower frameworks (e.g., SkillsFuture, SDF, Progressive Wage Model).
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook familiarity with HRMS systems is advantageous (knowledge of InfoTech is a plus).
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work both independently and in a team environment.

- Salary: Up to SGD 3,000 + VB
- Working Location: Tuas (Company Pick Up Provided)
- Working Hours: 5 days, Monday - Friday, 8am - 5:30pm
