HR Duties:
- Monthly payroll and CPF Submission
- Annual IR8A submission and IR21 submission for foreignworkers
- Application/Issuance/Renewal of permits/passes for foreignworkers
- Issue relevant letters to staff for appointment,confirmation, increment, etc
- Posting job ads on websites and newspapers
- Shortlisting candidates and conducting interviews
- Updating of leave records and attendances
- Handle ad-hoc projects
- Monitor Employee job performance
- Ensuring that the company complies with local labor laws,workplace safety regulations, and HR best practices.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degreein Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields (Master's is aplus).
- Several years ofexperience in HR, particularly in a generalist or senior role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word & Power point.
- Experience in Infotech / Navision will be an advantage.
- Possess an analytical mind and good in problem solving.
- Well an updated-on IRAS & MOM guidelines
- Well informed on government grants
