Job Responsibilities:
To provide counter registration and administrative support at Training Hub.
- Tally of payment, SkillsFuture claim, invoice submissions
- Logistic support of training operations
- Liaison with external agencies on documents and submissions
- Follow-ups with trainees on document submission or claim issues etc
- Answering to telephone and email enquiries on training course
- Front counter duties handling customer query on training course
- Any adhoc duties assign
Job Requirements
- Minimally GCE O Level
- IT Knowledge, Microsoft Office skills (especially in Excel)
- Digital Website, i.e Skills Future Claims
- Candidates who are bi-lingual will be advantageous
- Good communication & interpersonal skills
