Accounts Duties:
- Manage full set of accounts, including monthly/quarterly/yearly accounting closing.
- Weekly/Monthly cash flow management reporting, Intercompany transactions and
reconciliations.
- Manage year end statutory audit and prepare audited reports.
- Review audit schedules, audit packages and prepare group consolidation reports.
- Responsible for GST submission.
- Prepare and submit statistic returns to relevant government body.
- Liaise with banks and authorities
- Review financial reports submitted by branch office
- Submission of claims for Government Grants
- Oversee daily operations of Finance and HR departments
- Handle ad-hoc projects
HR Duties:-
- Monthly payroll and CPF Submission
- Annual IR8A submission and IR21 submission for foreign workers
- Application/Issuance/Renewal of permits/passes for foreign workers
- Issue relevant letters to staff for appointment, confirmation, increment, etc
- Posting job ads on websites and newspapers
- Shortlisting candidates and conducting interviews
- Updating of leave records and attendances
- Handle ad-hoc projects
Requirements:
. Candidate must possess at least Professional Certificate/Diploma in
Finance/Accountancy or equivalent.
- At least 1-3 years of Full-set Accounting Experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word & Power point.
- Experience in Navision will be an advantage.
- Possess an analytical mind and good in problem solving.
- Team player, with strong interpersonal skills good communication skills and contributes
to a good work environment.
- Well an updated-on IRAS & MOM guidelines
- Well informed on government grants
