- Assist in recruitment process which include job posting and interview arrangement.
- Updating of staff contact list and attendance.
- To support monthly payroll calculation inputs.
- Assist in organising staff engagement activities.
- Respond to employee enquiries as and when needed.
- Support onboarding and offboarding process.
- Ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirement:
- Diploma in HR or related field.
- Preferably 1 to 2 years of work experience. Fresh graduate welcome to apply.
- Good communication skills.
- Positive attitude and team player.
- Possess strong administrative and organizational skills.
