Job Scope:
The HR Executive is responsible for supporting the daily operations of the Human Resources department. This role involves managing recruitment processes, maintaining employee records, supporting employee engagement activities, and ensuring HR policies and procedures are followed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment & Onboarding
Assist in job posting, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
Coordinate new employee onboarding and orientation programs. - Employee Records & Administration
Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
Prepare HR-related documents such as employment contracts and letters. - HR Policy Implementation
Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures. - Employee Engagement
Assist in planning and organizing employee welfare and engagement activities.
Help conduct employee surveys and gather feedback. - Payroll & Attendance Support
Support payroll processing by tracking attendance and leave records.
Prepare monthly payroll to ensure timely and accurate salary payments. - General HR Support
Handle employee queries related to HR matters.
