HR Executive (Recruitment ) - Tampines - US MNC Semiconduct
Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.
- Plan and run hiring strategies via job portals, agencies, and career events.
- Set recruitment targets and timelines to meet hiring needs and business priorities.
- Screen, interview, and shortlist candidates.
- Conduct reference checks.
- Act as the main contact for recruitment agencies.
- Coordinate interviews and support hiring teams when needed.
- Prepare weekly recruitment reports.
- Ensure compliance with regulations.
- Conduct exit interviews and share retention insights.
- Monitor labor market trends and relevant government regulations.
- Support the review and update of HR policies and procedures.
- Advise employees and managers on talent and workforce matters.
Requirements:
- At least Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of end-to-end recruitment experience, preferably in semiconductor or manufacturing industry.
- Ability to manage high-volume hiring efficiently.
- Strong knowledge of Singapore employment laws, interview techniques, and candidate screening methods.
- Proficient in Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot), Outlook, and database management SAP experience is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills (oral and written) and strong time/project management abilities.
- Flexible, detail-oriented, and passionate about HR, with a positive and open-minded attitude.
- Experience in non-executive hiring is an advantage.
- Mass hiring experience in fast pace environment.
- Experience in hire direct and indirect labour.
- Must have HR knowledge familiar with labour law.
- Good to have SAP knowledge.
