Job Description

Job Summary

  • Job Title: HR Executive

  • Company: Foreign MNC

  • Industry: Electronics Manufacturing

  • Location: Near Tai Seng MRT

Main Responsibilities

  • Oversee the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding/offboarding, maintaining accurate HRIS data, and managing employee contracts and files.

  • Act as a key liaison for cross-border HR inquiries from staff in regional offices.

  • Manage payroll inputs, attendance tracking, HR reporting, and the administration of benefits enrollments and policy updates.

  • Handle the full recruitment cycle for the company.

  • Plan and execute company-wide and HR-specific events.

  • Uniquely, this role includes acting as the primary point of contact for basic IT management, including handling IT equipment, reports, and simple troubleshooting.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or a related field.

  • Proven years of experience in HR support roles. Exposure to HR practices and regulations across Southeast Asia is highly preferred.

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office(Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
