    Our Client is an international tyre and wheel supply and service provider. They are looking for a HR Executive.

    Responsibilities
    - Recruitment support in posting job ads, schedule and coordinate job interviews
    - Onboarding by preparing new hire paperwork and logistics
    - Perform orientations and update records of new staff
    - Record keeping by maintaining accurate and up to date employee records, database, assist with day-to-day operations administrative in Unit 4 HR system
    - Manage and support the team in every daily operational task needed.
    - Calculation of monthly OT's and allowance based on attendance record for payroll processing
    - Coordinate and organize staff training and company event.
    - Keep up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practices

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    Requirements & Preferences

    (Must)
    - Minimum Diploma holder
    - Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a human resource operations or generalist role
    - Strong understanding of HR functions, policies, and best practices
    - Proficient in the use of HR software Prosoft Unit 4 and data management tools
