HR Executive (Recruitment)

Location: Woodlands
Salary: up to $5,500/month
Contract Duration: 6 Months (Maternity Cover)

About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and experienced Recruiter to support all hiring activities on a 6-month contract basis. The role covers recruitment across various levels - from blue-collar staff to engineers and support functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for multiple roles and levels.
• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for blue-collar, engineering, and support function positions.
• Coordinate interviews and liaise with hiring managers.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment reports.
• Support HR team with any recruitment-related tasks as needed.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Recruiter, preferably in manufacturing or semiconductor industries.
• Strong track record in hiring for technical, blue-collar, and support function roles.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple hiring priorities.
