As part of this role, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our team of professional consultants while our presence in Singapore.

About The Role

As a valued member, you will become part of a diverse, high-performing, and inclusive team that emphasizes the importance of collaboration. Your responsibilities include:

• Represent SearchAsia's HR Talent Acquisition department in brand promotion and outreach to potential partners to increase awareness of the thriving Recruitment industry.
• Proactively manage the full recruitment process of sourcing, screening and interviewing prospective candidates who will become part of our company.
• Empower new hires to seamlessly integrate into the work environment by offering guidance and support throughout the onboarding process.
• Develop a strong rapport and expand your network of influence with contacts and prospects.
• Partner closely with the Marketing Department to cultivate inventive outreach strategies for comprehensive brand management, actively contributing ideas and collaborating on campaign execution.

Candidates we are looking for:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Graduates with strong track records in school / internship experience, without working experience, are encouraged to apply.
