As a HR Executive (Recruitment), you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening to interview coordination, offer management, and onboarding.
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies through various sourcing channels, including job portals, recruitment agencies, career fairs, and hiring events.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, establish recruitment timelines, conduct interviews, and present suitable candidates.
- Build and maintain relationships with recruitment agencies, provide interview guidance to hiring teams, and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Prepare recruitment reports, monitor hiring metrics, and ensure compliance with employment regulations and recruitment policies.
- Conduct exit interviews, analyse feedback, and provide recommendations to support employee retention and continuous improvement.
- Stay updated on market trends and employment legislation while providing HR advisory support and contributing to the development of HR policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Degree or Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant recruitment experience preferably in semiconductor or manufacturing industry.
