We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled HR Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage the full-cycle recruitment process for various departments within our organization. The ideal candidate will be passionate about finding top talent, creating an excellent candidate experience, and contributing to our positive company culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from requisition approval to job offer and onboarding.
- Sourcing & Screening: Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, networking, referrals, etc.) to build a strong pipeline of qualified candidates. Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Reporting & Metrics: Track and analyze recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, source-of-hire) to identify
- Compliance: Ensure all hiring practices comply with local labor laws and company policies.
Qualifications & Skills
Required:
- 1 year of experience in a full-cycle recruitment role (either in-house or agency).
- Proven experience sourcing candidates using various methods, including cold calling, internet sourcing, and professional networking.
- Solid understanding of HR practices and labor legislation related to hiring.
- Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
Preferred:
- Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
