Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Recruitment cum Senior HR Executive to manage end-to-endrecruitment and HR operations within the construction sector. The successfulcandidate will ensure compliance with Singapore employment regulations andsupport manpower planning for project needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for local and foreign workers.
- Process Work Permit, S Pass and EP applications, renewals, cancellations and appealsvia the Ministry of Manpower (MOM) portal.
- Handle IPA issuance, Security Bond, medical arrangements and work pass cardcollection.
- Monitor manpower quota and levy matters.
- Prepare employment contracts and HR documentation.
- Maintain proper employee records and HR database.
- Support payroll administration, leave management and claims processing.
- Handle employee relations and disciplinary matters.
- Ensure compliance with Employment Act and MOM regulations.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or relateddiscipline.
- At least 3-5 years of relevant HR experience in the construction, marine or engineeringindustry.
- Good knowledge of MOM regulations and work pass processing.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
