Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Recruitment cum Senior HR Executive to manage end-to-endrecruitment and HR operations within the construction sector. The successfulcandidate will ensure compliance with Singapore employment regulations andsupport manpower planning for project needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for local and foreign workers.
  • Process Work Permit, S Pass and EP applications, renewals, cancellations and appealsvia the Ministry of Manpower (MOM) portal.
  • Handle IPA issuance, Security Bond, medical arrangements and work pass cardcollection.
  • Monitor manpower quota and levy matters.
  • Prepare employment contracts and HR documentation.
  • Maintain proper employee records and HR database.
  • Support payroll administration, leave management and claims processing.
  • Handle employee relations and disciplinary matters.
  • Ensure compliance with Employment Act and MOM regulations.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or relateddiscipline.
  • At least 3-5 years of relevant HR experience in the construction, marine or engineeringindustry.
  • Good knowledge of MOM regulations and work pass processing.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
