Manage graduate engagement initiatives with technical institutes, including career talks and campus outreach.

Source, organize, and participate in career fairs and recruitment events.

Coordinate with recruitment agencies on hiring needs and candidate pipelines.

Manage the full interview process, including CV screening, interview scheduling, outcome follow-up, and offer approvals.

Coordinate with GBS for offer letter preparation and issuance to candidates or agencies.

Support immigration and work pass documentation for applicable hires.

Coordinate pre-employment medical check-ups, Food Safety Course enrolment, and onboarding arrangements.

Liaise with candidates, agencies, and internal teams to ensure a smooth joining process.
