Responsible for the full spectrum of HR functions such as application, renewal or cancellation of employment pass, payroll, leave administration, etc.
Verify timesheets for accurate payroll processing. Ensure monthly payrolls are processed timely and accurately.
Responsible for monthly CPF submission, yearly E-submission of Form IR8A, etc.
Provide prompt updates and accurate maintenance of employee database and personnel files.
Attending to and monitoring various MOM matters such as employment passes, tax clearance, inquiries, and quarterly surveys.
Keep abreast of all legal and statutory requirements and ensure compliance with labor laws.
Responsible for the recruitment process, including posting job advertisements, coordinating interviews, issuing employment contracts, letters of confirmation, etc.
Liaise with external vendors to conduct training for employees.
Coordinate with the dormitory on matters related to workers accommodation.
Assist with workers home leave and repatriation arrangements.
Plan, organize and make arrangements for Company events.
Handle work injury claims with the insurer and relevant reporting to MOM.
Any other HR-related duties as assigned by the department head or management.
Responsible for partial account tasks assigned by the department head or management.
Job Requirement:
Diploma or equivalent qualification in Human resource or related fields
At least 2 years of working experience in the HR related field
Knowledge of payroll principles and practices.
Able to work independently with minimal supervision
Strong organizational skills and detailed oriented
Effectively bilingual in English and Mandarin.
Able to start work immediately or on short notice.
