Job Description

Key Responsibilities

1. Talent Acquisition (TA)

- Manage full-cycle recruitment for property management roles

- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and job requirements

- Source, screen, shortlist, and coordinate interviews

- Conduct reference checks and salary benchmarking

- Extend offers and manage pre-onboarding documentation

- Track recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, source effectiveness, etc.)

2. Employee Relations

- Serve as the primary point of contact for employee queries, concerns, and grievances

- Support and guide managers on performance improvement plans (PIPs), disciplinary matters, and terminations

- Conduct exit interviews and analyse attrition trends

- Promote positive workplace relations through regular check-ins with employees and site teams

- Assist in investigating and resolving workplace disputes in compliance with Singapore employment law

3. General HR Operations

- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation

- Support monthly payroll processing (collating attendance, claims, etc.)

- Assist in probation reviews, contract renewals, and confirmation exercises

- Ensure compliance with Employment Act and MOM guidelines

- Support ad-hoc HR projects and initiatives as needed

Requirements

- Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

- At least 1 - 2 years of HR experience, preferably in property management or facilities management

- Proven experience in talent acquisition

- Solid experience handling employee relations independently

- Good working knowledge of Singapore Employment Act and MOM regulations

- Familiarity with HRIS and recruitment platforms (e.g., JobStreet, MyCareersFuture, Linkedin)

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

- Able to handle sensitive matters with discretion and professionalism

- Organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

- Resilient and able to manage difficult conversations

- Comfortable liaising with site-based and corporate employee

- Supportive and collaborative team culture
