Job Responsibilities:

  • Oversee full-cycle HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding.
  • Manage employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary processes.
  • Administer and process payroll, including salaries, bonuses, statutory contributions (e.g., CPF/EPF), and deductions accurately and on time.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR policies.
  • Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills.
  • Maintain HR records, reports, and HRIS data accuracy.
  • Partner with management to implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of HR experience, preferably in Manufacturing and/or F&B industry.
  • Experience in payroll processing and HRIS systems.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR policies, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
