Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee full-cycle HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding.
- Manage employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary processes.
- Administer and process payroll, including salaries, bonuses, statutory contributions (e.g., CPF/EPF), and deductions accurately and on time.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR policies.
- Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills.
- Maintain HR records, reports, and HRIS data accuracy.
- Partner with management to implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.
- Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives.
Requirements:
- Diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of HR experience, preferably in Manufacturing and/or F&B industry.
- Experience in payroll processing and HRIS systems.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR policies, and best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
