Job Description

Brief Summary

Join our team as a Recruitment and Talent Acquisition Specialist, where you will play a crucial role in managing the recruitment lifecycle and enhancing employee experiences within the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, shortlisting, interviewing, salary proposals, offer negotiation, and onboarding. Oversee the offboarding processes to ensure seamless transitions for employees. Manage foreign worker administration, addressing work pass applications, renewals, cancellations, and compliance with local regulations. Maintain and update employee records, including contracts and performance documentation. Ensure HR policies and procedures comply with local regulations and internal standards. Organize employee engagement activities and well-being programs to promote a positive work culture. Manage the employee life cycle, including confirmations, transfers, promotions, and exits. Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Serve as the primary point of contact for employee relations, addressing disciplinary issues, grievances, and mediation in accordance with labor laws. Drive initiatives to improve employee experience and enhance operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field. 5-6 years of HR generalist experience. Professional HR certifications such as IHRP or SHRM are advantageous. Comprehensive understanding of local employment laws and HR best practices. Strong stakeholder management skills with exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities. Proactive, resourceful, and adaptable, with the capability to work independently in a dynamic environment. Experience in regulated sectors such as construction or engineering is preferred.
