Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Candidate Sourcing & Screening

  • Use job portals, social media, and direct outreach to identify talent
  • Conduct initial screenings and shortlist candidates

Recruitment Cycle Management

  • Coordinate interviews, negotiate offers, and manage onboarding/offboarding processes
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower needs and timeline

Employer Branding & Market Insights

  • Draft and post job advertisements
  • Conduct salary benchmarking and provide market insights
  • Implement recruitment marketing strategies to attract high-quality applicants

Government Grants & Programmes

Administer and manage applications for government-supported schemes such as:

  • Career Conversion Programme (CCP)
  • Workforce Singapore (WSG) initiatives
  • SkillsFuture programmes
  • Liaise with government agencies to ensure compliance with grant requirements

HR Operations Support

  • Maintain recruitment systems and documentation
  • Assist with employee relations, training administration, and staff welfare initiatives
