Candidate Sourcing & Screening
- Use job portals, social media, and direct outreach to identify talent
- Conduct initial screenings and shortlist candidates
Recruitment Cycle Management
- Coordinate interviews, negotiate offers, and manage onboarding/offboarding processes
- Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower needs and timeline
Employer Branding & Market Insights
- Draft and post job advertisements
- Conduct salary benchmarking and provide market insights
- Implement recruitment marketing strategies to attract high-quality applicants
Government Grants & Programmes
Administer and manage applications for government-supported schemes such as:
- Career Conversion Programme (CCP)
- Workforce Singapore (WSG) initiatives
- SkillsFuture programmes
- Liaise with government agencies to ensure compliance with grant requirements
HR Operations Support
- Maintain recruitment systems and documentation
- Assist with employee relations, training administration, and staff welfare initiatives
