Job Description
HRIS
- Oversee HRIS operations, system enhancements, reporting, and HR digitalization initiative
- Lead the process transformation and digitalise our current traditional filing and processes.
- Update and maintain HRIS to ensure HR records are accurate, current, and compliant (employee movements, contract changes, personal particulars, benefits, etc.).
- Support HR reporting and data accuracy for audits, management reporting, and operational needs.
Recruitment
- Recruitment-Lead end-to-end hiring process from job posting, candidate sourcing, interviews, offer management, to onboarding completion
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with company values, Singapore labour laws, HR policies, and regulatory standards
