  • Handle recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new hires
  • Handle work pass administration, including applications, renewals, and cancellations
  • Handle updating and maintaining accurate data integrity in HRMS
  • Handle employee relations and conflict resolution
  • Coordinate employee training and development initiatives
  • Assist in salary administration and benefits management
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
  • Support the Senior HR Manager in daily HR activities

Qualifications:

  • Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimally 2 years of HR generalist or TA experience
  • Well-versed in Singapore's employment laws and regulations
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
