Job Responsibilities:
You will manage the full employee life cycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance appraisals, staff benefits, and exit processes. Additionally, you will handle queries and provide HR guidance to line managers and employees. You will also support the administration of staff awards and assist in organizing staff events.
As part of the HR team, you will review and evaluate policies and processes to improve their effectiveness and efficiency, supporting a high-performance culture.
Job Requirements:
Diploma / Degree in Human Resource Management or other relevant qualification.
Minimum 3 years with experience in talent acquisition and hiring.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Good writing skills and interpersonal skills, meticulous and resourceful.
Ability to work effectively in team environment and multi-task.
Working experience in the healthcare industry will be an advantage.
Collect, compile, enter, and update payroll data in the system, ensuring accuracy at all times.
Update and maintain HR database, leave and benefits administration.
Manage and respond to leave-related queries and entitlements.
Maintain and update the HRIS system.
Prepare and generate regular HR Reports.
Provide internal and external audit support.
Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Reporting Officer.
