Job Description:
Responsibilities:
Oversee the entire recruitment cycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding candidates, while issuing necessary employment documentation.
Maintain accurate and updated personnel records in both local and headquarters systems.
Monitor and renew work permits and compliance involving relevant government portals.
Process tax clearance for overseas employees upon termination and submit government claims for various leave types.
Calculate foreign worker levies and manage payment processes while submitting quarterly labor statistics to the authorities.
Prepare monthly payroll, ensuring accurate calculations for incentives, commissions, leave deductions, and supporting audits related to salary matters.
Track various leave types, ensuring proper management and compliance with verification processes.
Support internal communications, announcements, and engagement initiatives.
Handle inquiries regarding HR or administrative policies
Requirements:
Diploma or higher in a relevant field.
A minimum of 3 years of relevant HR experience, specifically in payroll and foreign worker management. Strong attention to detail with excellent confidentiality and time management skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRMS systems.
