Key Responsibilities:
1. HR Operations & Governance
Support daily HR operations including data management, employee lifecycle administration, document preparation, and HRIS updates.
Uphold compliance with internal HR SOPs, approval workflows, and timelines across all departments.
Ensure accuracy, completeness, and confidentiality of all HR records, contracts, and personnel files.
2. Onboarding & Employee Experience
Coordinate end-to-end onboarding activities, including account preparations, documentation, orientation scheduling, and Day-1 readiness.
Ensure new hires receive a structured and consistent onboarding experience aligned with HR standards.
Support initiatives that improve staff communication, engagement, and workplace culture.
3. HR Documentation, Compliance & Policy Support
Prepare HR documents such as employment letters, confirmation letters, promotion letters and other employment-related correspondences.
Assist in ensuring HR policies, processes, and practices remain compliant with MOM regulations, PDPA requirements, and company guidelines.
Assist with audits, regulatory filings, and compliance reviews when required.
4. Benefits & Payroll Coordination
Support monthly payroll preparation by consolidating attendance, allowances, deductions, and employee changes.
Assist with leave administration, insurance updates, and medical claims in a timely and accurate manner.
Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to ensure smooth benefits administration.
5. HR Reporting & Data Management
Maintain accurate HR databases and generate workforce reports including turnover, early attrition, headcount, and manpower metrics.
Provide data to support HR decision-making, manpower planning, and management reporting.
6. Engagement, Events & Training Support
Assist in organising employee events, training programs, briefings, and internal communication initiatives.
Provide logistical and administrative support to ensure successful execution of HR-related activities.
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline
Minimum 1 year of HR experience, preferably in a generalist or HR operations role
Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Google Workspace / Microsoft Office experience with HRIS systems is an advantage
Sound understanding of Singapore employment regulations and statutory requirements
High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities independently
Proactive, resourceful, and committed to continuous improvement
