Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Senior HR Executive to join our team. You will play a key role in driving HR initiatives, ensuring compliance, and supporting the organization's strategic goals. This position requires a balance of operational excellence and strategic insight.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding.

  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices in line with labor laws and company standards.

  • Handle employee relations matters professionally and confidentially.

  • Administer compensation, benefits, and HR reporting, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

  • Support management in workforce planning and organizational development initiatives.

  • Lead HR projects such as employee engagement programs, training, and development initiatives.

  • Maintain HR records and ensure timely reporting for compliance purposes.

  • Provide guidance and support to managers on HR-related matters.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of HR experience, preferably in a corporate or fast-paced environment.

  • Strong knowledge of employment laws, HR policies, and HR best practices.

  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

  • Proficiency in Infotech software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Preferred:

  • Experience with payroll and benefits administration.

  • Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM, CHRP, or equivalent).
