We are seeking a proactive and experienced Senior HR Executive to join our team. You will play a key role in driving HR initiatives, ensuring compliance, and supporting the organization's strategic goals. This position requires a balance of operational excellence and strategic insight.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding.
Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices in line with labor laws and company standards.
Handle employee relations matters professionally and confidentially.
Administer compensation, benefits, and HR reporting, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Support management in workforce planning and organizational development initiatives.
Lead HR projects such as employee engagement programs, training, and development initiatives.
Maintain HR records and ensure timely reporting for compliance purposes.
Provide guidance and support to managers on HR-related matters.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of HR experience, preferably in a corporate or fast-paced environment.
Strong knowledge of employment laws, HR policies, and HR best practices.
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Proficiency in Infotech software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferred:
Experience with payroll and benefits administration.
Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM, CHRP, or equivalent).
