Work Location: Singapore
Salary range: $2600-$3500
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in screening resumes and coordinating interviews to support the recruitment process.
- Support the HR team in onboarding new employees and managing offboarding procedures for departing staff.
- Help maintain accurate employee records and update HR databases as required.
- Assist in preparing HR documents, including offer letters, quotations, and invoices.
- Provide support to the HR team in daily administrative tasks and participate in ad-hoc projects as needed.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Demonstrates good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and organized in handling tasks.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Eager to learn and willing to take initiative in assigned responsibilities.
