Coco Creative Studio is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Accounts, Admin & HR Executive to support the day-to-day operations of our growing creative studio. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats and keeping the business running smoothly behind the scenes.
You will be responsible for basic accounting, administrative coordination, and HR support, working closely with management and external partners (e.g. accountants, vendors).
Prepare and issue invoices, credit notes, and payment follow-ups
Track accounts receivable & payable
Maintain accurate expense records and petty cash
Reconcile bank statements
Liaise with external accountants for monthly and yearly reporting
Support GST filings and financial documentation (if applicable)
Handle day-to-day office administration
Manage contracts, agreements, and filing (digital & physical)
Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and freelancers
Assist in project documentation and internal tracking
Maintain organised records for audits and compliance
Support recruitment coordination (job postings, interviews, onboarding)
Manage employee records, leave tracking, and attendance
Prepare HR documents (employment contracts, letters, confirmations)
Coordinate payroll inputs with external payroll/accounting provider
Support compliance with MOM regulations and HR best practices
Experience working in a creative, media, or agency environment
Familiarity with Xero, QuickBooks, or similar accounting software is beneficial
Basic HR or payroll exposure in Singapore
Good communication skills and a proactive mindset
Full-time / Part-time (adjustable depending on candidate)
Office-based / Hybrid (to be discussed)
