Job Description

Type: Full-time Contract (1 year)

Working Hours: Monday - Friday | 0900 - 1730

Commence: Immediate

Job Responsibilities

  • Attend to HR queries and provide administrative support.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Prepare HR documents such as employment contracts, letters, and other HR-related forms.
  • Assist in handling onboarding and offboarding administrative processes.
  • Support processes of internship programs.
  • Manage internal communications, including announcements, updates and corporate messages.
  • Organize employee engagement activities/programs to drive positive employee experience and build collaborative work culture.
  • Assist other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the HR Manager.

Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management/Business Studies/ Administration/Management or equivalent
  • Prior experience or exposure in HR operations will be an advantage
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of applications
  • Able to work in a dynamic environment, adaptable to changes and can multitask
  • Meticulous, good interpersonal skills and resourceful
  • Resilient with an aptitude for time management, organization and communication
