Job Responsibilities
- Attend to HR queries and provide administrative support.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Prepare HR documents such as employment contracts, letters, and other HR-related forms.
- Assist in handling onboarding and offboarding administrative processes.
- Support processes of internship programs.
- Manage internal communications, including announcements, updates and corporate messages.
- Organize employee engagement activities/programs to drive positive employee experience and build collaborative work culture.
- Assist other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the HR Manager.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management/Business Studies/ Administration/Management or equivalent
- Prior experience or exposure in HR operations will be an advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of applications
- Able to work in a dynamic environment, adaptable to changes and can multitask
- Meticulous, good interpersonal skills and resourceful
- Resilient with an aptitude for time management, organization and communication
