Handle work passes application, renewal, cancellation and appeal for foreign workers

Apply for grant, salary support, send staff for courses
Ensure staff leave/MC/attendance records are updated
Compute payroll and commission
Onboarding, offboarding, issuance of staff employment letter / confirmation / increment / promotion / warning / termination letters
Point of contact for staff
Liaise with staff or managers for staff-related matters (i.e job description, staff training, counselling, resignation, replacement of staff, follow up with new staff performance, grievances etc)
Stationery, uniform and pantry order management
Self-motivated, very independent, team player, able to work towards deadlines
Ability to prioritize tasks and excellent communication and interpersonal skills
