We are looking for a proactive HR professional to drive our staffing strategies and champion our workplace culture. You will be the primary engine behind our recruitment efforts while supporting the day-to-day engagement and operations of our retail teams.
What You Will Do
- Talent Acquisition: Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for our retail crew. You will source, screen, and interview candidates, ensuring we hire individuals who align with our brand vibe and operational requirements.
- Strategic Partnering: Collaborate with Operations team to forecast hiring needs and execute effective workforce planning.
- Pipeline Management: Creatively utilize social media, job portals, and referrals to build a continuous pool of talent for current and future vacancies.
- Employee Experience: Act as a bridge between management and staff by conducting regular outlet visits, gathering feedback on morale, and managing grievance resolution.
- Culture Building: Drive welfare initiatives, staff recognition programs, and organize team events to boost engagement.
- HR Operations: Oversee onboarding/offboarding (including exit analysis), manage work pass applications, and maintain accurate data in our HRIS.
- Compliance:
- Assist with payroll attendance verification and ensure all practices adhere to local employment regulations
What We Are Looking For
- A background in recruitment or HR, ideally within the F&B, Retail, or Hospitality sectors.
- Experience managing high-volume hiring in a fast-moving environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with staff at all levels.
- Tech-savvy with familiarity in recruitment platforms and HR systems.
- A Diploma or Degree in HR, Business, or a related discipline is a plus.
