Job Description

Job Responsibility:

  • Manage recruitment and onboarding processes, including job postings, screening candidates, and conducting interviews arrangement.
  • Administer employee benefits programs and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
  • Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and productivity.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure confidentiality and data accuracy.
  • Stay updated on HR laws, regulations, and best practices to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.
  • Processing of monthly payroll & staffs claims.
  • Generate & issue of monthly payslips.
  • All other HR related matters.

Job Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma / Bachelor in Human Resources or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in human resources roles, with a minimum of 3 years of combined experience.
  • Strong understanding of employment acts & HR policies and procedures.
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong ethics and integrity, with a commitment to confidentiality and professionalism.
