Job Responsibilities
- Support HR recruitment processes - screening of candidates, coordinating interviews and onboarding of candidates
- Ensure all processes comply with HR policies, standard procedures, and service level agreements.
- Support projects and perform additional duties as assigned.
- Other ad hoc duties assigned by the supervisor
Requirements
- Diploma in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and a strong team player.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Able to handle high-volume work with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Comfortable working under tight deadlines and shifting priorities.
