Duties and Responsibilities
. Administer Bi-Monthly payroll
. Processing of work permits, employment pass and visa applications (including new, renewal and cancellation)
. Maintain attendance and leave records in the HR system
. Creation and maintenance of employee files
. Responsible for full spectrum of Human Resource functions such as employee relations, payroll and benefits administration
. Undertake ad-hoc projects or assignments as and when required
Qualifications / Requirements
. Minimum Diploma in Business Administration or Human Resource or equivalent
. Minimum 3 years of experience in a HR role in Marine/Petrochemical Industry
. Excellent interpersonal and communications skills are essential
. Able to work independently and an eye for details
. Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
. Proficient in MS Office applications esp. Excel and Word
. People oriented and team player
