Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage recruitment activities, including onboarding and offboarding processes, with a focus on WPOL requirements for the construction sector.

  • Handle monthly work pass renewals and ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines.

  • Oversee staff dormitory arrangements and related administrative matters.

  • Administer employee leave records and ensure proper documentation.

  • Provide general HR administrative support and assist with other tasks as assigned.

Requirements

  • Diploma in Human Resources or a related field.

  • Hands-on experience with WPOL processes, including onboarding and offboarding for construction workers.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

  • Detail-oriented with the ability to handle routine administrative tasks efficiently.
