Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for HR queries and support employee engagement initiatives
- Handle applications, renewals and cancellations of work passes
- Preparation of employment contracts and other HR related documents
- End-to-end recruitment cycle that includes, scheduling interviews, coordinating assessments and managing on boarding processes for new hires
- Assist in payroll processing and ensure payroll records and all employee data are up to date in HRMS system
- Oversee staff benefits, insurance, claims and leave administration.
- Ensure HR practices are in full compliance with local labour laws and regulations. Support the review, updating and implementation of HR policies and procedures
- Consolidate and prepare HR statistics reports to Management Team
- Adhoc HR and administration duties as assigned by Management Team
Qualifications:
- Diploma in Human Resources Management or a related field
- A minimum of 5 years of HR relevant experience as a Generalist
- Solid understanding of Singapore employment laws and HR policies
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications
- Meticulous, tactful and the ability to interact with people of all levels
- Able to prioritize tasks, work independently and maintain confidentiality
