Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in jobs posting, screening candidates and scheduling interviews.
- Assist in onboarding new hires and offboarding staff.
- Assist in work pass application/renew/cancellation
- Preparing standard letters, documents, and maintaining control.
- Maintaining employee records include maintaining HR files, updating personnel data, managing staffs attendance/leave.
- Assist in updating HR policies, coordinating training, managing performance reviews.
- Ensuring adherence to employment laws and regulations.
- Always keep update with MOM rules and regulations.
- Ordering supplies, managing filing systems, handling mail.
- Liaising with vendors, clients, and internal teams arranging meetings/travel.
Job Requirements:
- Degree/Diploma in Human Resources/Business or Communication
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Proficient in MS Office: Words, Excels and Power Point
- Meticulous, well-organized for filing documents and arranging schedule
- Good communication skill and positive attuite in learning new skills
