Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist in jobs posting, screening candidates and scheduling interviews.
  • Assist in onboarding new hires and offboarding staff.
  • Assist in work pass application/renew/cancellation
  • Preparing standard letters, documents, and maintaining control.
  • Maintaining employee records include maintaining HR files, updating personnel data, managing staffs attendance/leave.
  • Assist in updating HR policies, coordinating training, managing performance reviews.
  • Ensuring adherence to employment laws and regulations.
  • Always keep update with MOM rules and regulations.
  • Ordering supplies, managing filing systems, handling mail.
  • Liaising with vendors, clients, and internal teams arranging meetings/travel.

Job Requirements:

  • Degree/Diploma in Human Resources/Business or Communication
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Proficient in MS Office: Words, Excels and Power Point
  • Meticulous, well-organized for filing documents and arranging schedule
  • Good communication skill and positive attuite in learning new skills
