NIE invites suitable applications for the position of HR Executive in the Human Resource Department.
Responsibilities
Assist in providing support for HR systems including requirements gathering and user acceptance testing.
Support the full spectrum of HR functions such as appointment, contract renewal, leave, benets and exit.
Prepare HR statistical reports.
Manage queries and provide advice to stakeholders like line managers and employees.
Provide support in HR projects and initiatives.
Review HR processes and procedures.
Requirements
A Polytechnic Diploma, preferably in Business Studies with specialization in Human Resource Management.
Preferably with 2-3 years of relevant working experience in a HR role.
Familiar with the Employment Act, local immigration rules and work pass application procedures.
Meticulous, detail-oriented and good with numbers.
Very good IT skills and highly procient in Microsoft Ofce applications.
Able to take initiative, work independently, and collaboratively in teams.
Good communication (written and spoken) skills.
Experience in using Workday will be advantageous.
