We are seeking a proactive and people-oriented HR Executive in the Real Estate/Accomodations Services industry to support and enhance the employee experience across the organisation. This role goes beyond traditional HR administration, focusing on building strong onboarding experiences, fostering workplace culture, and ensuring smooth execution of core HR operations.
The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping how employees integrate into the organisation while ensuring compliance with Singapore employment regulations and HR best practices. This position offers exposure to a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment where HR contributes directly to organisational development.
Employee Experience & Onboarding
Design and coordinate onboarding programmes that support effective integration of new hires into the organisation.
Facilitate structured onboarding experiences that encourage early relationship-building with key stakeholders and leadership teams.
Continuously improve onboarding processes to enhance employee engagement and retention.
HR Operations & Compliance
Manage end-to-end HR administrative processes including employee documentation, record maintenance, and HR system updates.
Handle Ministry of Manpower (MOM) matters, including S-Pass and Work Permit applications, renewals, and compliance requirements.
Ensure adherence to local employment regulations and company HR policies.
Compensation & HR Administration
Support annual performance review processes, including consolidation of salary adjustments, increments, and bonus administration.
Maintain accuracy and confidentiality of employee data and compensation information.
Assist in HR reporting and workforce data tracking where required.
Employee Engagement & Culture Initiatives
Support planning and execution of employee engagement initiatives and internal activities.
Act as a key point of contact for employees on HR-related matters.
Contribute ideas and initiatives that strengthen organisational culture and collaboration.
Minimum 3-4 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in a generalist or HR operations role.
Familiarity with Singapore employment practices and MOM regulations, including work pass administration.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage employees across different levels.
Highly organised with strong attention to detail and administrative accuracy.
Comfortable working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and HR systems.
Experience supporting onboarding or employee engagement initiatives.
Exposure to growing organisations or scaling environments.
Positive, collaborative mindset with strong stakeholder management abilities.
