Job Description

Job Summary

The HR Executive supportsend-to-end HR operations across the organisation, including payrolladministration, employee lifecycle management, recruitment coordination,statutory compliance, and employee engagement initiatives.

This role ensures smooth andcompliant HR processes while delivering timely and service-oriented support toemployees and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Payroll & Compensation Administration

Liaise with payroll vendor to ensure accurate and timelymonthly payroll processing

Verify payroll data including attendance, leave records,overtime, allowances and claims

Review CPF, IRAS, SDL and other statutory submissions foraccuracy

Address payroll-related queries and resolve discrepanciesin a timely manner

Support annual processes such as IR8A submission, AWS andbonus processing

Prepare payroll reports and assist with reconciliation whenrequired

Employee Lifecycle & HR Operations

Maintain accurate and updated employee records, contractsand benefits documentation

Prepare employment-related letters (offer, confirmation,variation, resignation acceptance, termination, etc.)

Manage onboarding and offboarding documentation andprocesses

Ensure proper filing and data management in compliance withPDPA regulations

Recruitment & Onboarding

Coordinate job postings and interview arrangements

Screen resumes and support hiring managers in recruitmentcoordination

Facilitate onboarding process to ensure smooth integrationof new hires

Monitor probation progress and confirmation timelines

Employee Lifecycle & HROperations

Maintain accurate and updated employee records, contractsand benefits documentation

Prepare employment-related letters (offer, confirmation,variation, resignation acceptance, termination, etc.)

Manage onboarding and offboarding documentation andprocesses

Ensure proper filing and data management in compliance withPDPA regulations

Work Pass & Statutory Administration

Apply, renew and cancel work passes (EP/SP/WP)

Liaise with MOM on employment-related matters

Ensure HR practices comply with Singapore employment lawsand statutory regulations

Employee Engagement & HR Support

Support employee engagement initiatives and welfareactivities

Act as a point of contact for HR policy and process-relatedqueries

Assist in implementation and communication of HR policiesand procedures

Support HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives

Job Requirements

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field

Minimum 2 years of HR generalist experience

Experience in payroll coordination and statutory submissions preferred

Strong knowledge of Singapore employment regulations (CPF, IRAS, MOM requirements)

Familiar with HRIS and payroll systems

Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Detail-oriented, organised and able to manage multiple tasks effectively

Able to handle confidential information with discretion
